Our founder, Barry Cowen, has an extensive history in the industry and recognized early on that the wants and needs of clients were often cast aside in favor of profitability. So when he founded New Era, it was for the sole purpose of bringing a new and innovative approach – a NEW ERA - for customer service in this industry.
